We are constantly updating our wedding collections and our products are suitable for any of the most important events in your life. Atelier Lucky Dress specifically on weddings with assortment of bridal gowns, custom wedding dresses, accessories, etc. We believe in what we do and love those for whom we are trying our best.
We have a wedding atelier in Poland (Krakow) and all our products are bespoke! Our team of the best girls of Krakow adore beautiful clothes and therefore love their work – it’s that simple. We only create things that we would love to wear ourselves.

How to make order FOR CUSTOM WEDDING DRESSES on etsy shop?
BEFORE CUSTOM ORDER
You liked our wedding dress or other product from our shop, but you want to make some changes in it? Or maybe you want a wedding dress or other product designed at your individual request? This is a sign that you want to use our „Custom wedding dresses order” service!
If you care about an individual project. On your request we can prepare a detailed sketch of the dress. It will include an example of the lace and fabric that might be used during making of your dress.
Once you like it and approve the fabric and/or lace, we’re ready for further steps. Also, please do not hesitate to contact us in case of any questions. We’re open to discuss any of details related to your future custom wedding dress, just keep in mind this process might took a lot of additional time (same as realization of additional ideas)

MEASUREMENTS
Please round your metric measurements to whole numbers (e.g. 102 cm). Don’t round measurements in inches though, or you’ll end up 1.27 cm over or short your actual measurement.
Also it would be very helpful for us to:
- get your photo, front, side and back in stretchy clothes or in underwear
- to know your standing height

PAYMENTS
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping via Poczta Polska (Polish company). For foreign orders, the waiting time for the shipment can be from 2 weeks to 4 months depending on the country in which you live. (Because of COVID-19 situation). That kind of shipping have no insurance and tracking number
If you want to receive your order faster, with tracking number and insurance you can choose a paid shipment – DHL Express (2 – 4 business days). (Working perfectly during COVID-19)
RETURNS
We do not accept returns of our products if they have been ordered in „custom order”, Especially custom wedding dresses. This is due to the fact that the item is design to your needs, dimensions and taste. That is why we ask for thoughtful shopping.
All other products that were ordered according to our size chart and were not personalized and cannot show any signs of damage can be returned.
